What you need

oz raw shrimp

bunch beansprouts

tbsp hoisin sauce

oz rice vermicelli

oz pork shoulder

fl oz pork

Instructions
1: Bring a 3 qt pot with water to a boil (3/4 full). Add pork shoulder/butt and 1 tsp salt and cook on medium simmer for 30 minutes until cooked through. 2: Remove the pork and let it cool in a bowl filled with cool water. 3: Cook the shrimp in the same pot for 2-3 minutes, then remove and peel if needed, reserving the cooking liquid. 4: Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot. 5: To make the peanut sauce, combine all listed ingredients in a small saucepan and stir over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until well combined. 6: To serve, wet rice paper with warm water and set on a plate. Add lettuce, herbs, vermicelli, meat, shrimp, and other vegetables. 7: Fold the bottom flap, then the sides, and roll the spring roll to close. Serve with peanut sauce.View original recipe
